Ethical fashion is an approach to design in which supply chains and manufacture of clothing is both socially and environmentally conscious. Quail, you will discover, embraces the essential principles of ethical fashion. Our clothing is typified by being: well-made, stylish, animal-cruelty free, fair trade, organic, sustainable, recycled, natural (shell and coconut buttons) and handmade.

In many cases, a fair trade t-shirt may only involve the use of fair trade cotton and not fair trade manufacture or vice versa. At Quail, the cotton agriculture and looming are both certified Fairtrade and to ensure provenance, Quail’s clothing is designed and manufactured in Britain.
