Ordering

Many items are available ex-stock, but some items made be made to order. Even so, these can normally be delivered within 5–7 working days. We will advise you of this upon your order. We can also manufacture colour combinations not shown on the website. Please get in touch to discuss.

Quail welcomes customers from around the world—wherever PayPal is accepted. The purchase price for an item will be at the prevailing rate of currency exchange that applies at the point of order. It is also the responsibility of the purchaser to check to see if any import duties will be liable for the purchase.

Returns Policy

We also offer a no-quibble returns policy. If you return the item within 14 days, we will fully refund your purchase, including your postage. Please also complete the ‘returns’ form enclosed with your order.

P&P Costs

For order values up to £14.99, or greater than £49.00, the postage and packing is absolutely free!

For order values of £15.00–£48.99, the cost is £2.50 to anywhere in the world.

Security and Payment

We use PayPal as it is a well-established, trusted and secure service. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a secure payment. Only your delivery details are passed to us to enable us to fulfil your order.

Cheques drawn in sterling (£GBP) can also be accepted. Send an e-mail to sales@quailbymail.co.uk stating what you would like to order. We will confirm the total amount and details for sending us a cheque. Goods will be despatched upon clearance of the cheque.
